格隆汇5月29日｜丰田汽车(TM.US)跌超1.8%，报214.75美元。消息面上，为大型投资者提供咨询服务的Institutional Shareholder Services建议不要为丰田章男连任丰田汽车董事长提供支持，理由是丰田附属公司大发工业不当的车辆测试以及日野汽车和丰田工业公司的监管违规行为。代理顾问Glass Lewis也连续第二年建议股东对丰田章男投反对票，理由之一是他对董事会不够独立负有责任。该公司还敦促股东不要支持丰田汽车副董事长早川茂连任。
